Project Overview - Real-Time LCA Docs

The Projects page is where you land after signing in. It lists every project you have created or been invited to in the currently selected organization.

The page at a glance

Control	What it does
Organization (top left)	Switches which organization you are working in. Projects, users, and the library all change with it.
Project switcher	Jumps straight to a project you already have, without going through the list.
Search for Project	Filters the list by name as you type.
Sort	Orders the list — by favourites, last updated, name, area, or type.
Filters (funnel)	Narrows the list by calculation type, country, stage, role, and building type. Your filters are remembered per user, so you can, for example, keep projects in a specific stage hidden every time you open the list.
View toggle	Switches between cards and a denser sortable list.
New Project	Opens the project wizard.
Feedback	Sends an issue or an idea straight to the team. See Help and feedback.
AI Agent (sparkle)	Opens the AI Agent panel alongside whatever you are looking at.

The left rail holds the three top-level areas — Projects, Library, and AI Agent — with Tutorials and your account menu pinned at the bottom.

Empty state

A new organization has no projects yet. Click Add project in the middle of the page, or New Project in the toolbar, to start the wizard.

The project card

Each project is a card carrying enough to judge it without opening it.

On the card	What it tells you
Name, time since the last change, and the current revision	Whether anyone has touched it lately, and which save point it is on.
Compare	Ticks the project into a comparison against another project.
Thumbnail	The published 3D model, or a placeholder when none is connected.
Stage, building type, country · calculation type	What the project is and what it is assessed against.
% USED bar	Emissions so far against the limit value — 0.23 / 8 means 0.23 of a budget of 8.
% mapped	How much of the inventory carries real data. Read the emission figure with this in mind.
Owner and reference area	Who owns it, and the m² the result is measured against.

The star favourites a project, and the ⋮ menu holds the per-project actions.

List view

The view toggle swaps the cards for a table — denser, and sortable by any column.

Column	What it shows
Name	Project name and its current revision.
Last updated	Time since the last change.
Mapping complete	Share of the inventory that carries real data.
Threshold	The limit value the project is judged against.
Used	Emissions so far, in the same unit.
M²	Reference area.
Type	Building type.

Open a project

Click a project to open its dashboard. From there the project’s own rail gives you the model, materials, transport, waste, history, and reports.
