Real-Time LCA is multi-tenant — the same user can belong to several organisations, and projects only appear in the organisation that owns them. If a project is missing, you’re probably signed in to the wrong organisation.Switch organisations from the Account menu under Organizations. See Account → Organizations.

Yes. Real-Time LCA supports OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0, set up per organisation on request.With SSO on, users are provisioned automatically the first time they sign in — no activation email.An IT administrator requests it by emailing support@realtimelca.com.
