Greenland currently applies the Danish BR18 (2023) building regulation for building-level climate documentation. Real-Time LCA exposes the same BR18 (2023) calculation type as is used in Denmark, with no local divergence.

  • Indicator: Global Warming Potential (GWP), kg CO₂-eq per m² GFA per year.
  • Threshold: 12 kg CO₂-eq / m² / year.
  • Output: BR18 Excel export.

Limitations

No locally adapted variant of BR18 exists for Greenland at this time. Greenland’s climate (transport distances, end-of-life infrastructure) differs materially from continental Denmark; users producing audit-grade documentation should review the default A4 transport and C3/C4 end-of-life scenarios against local conditions.
