From time to time we open new functionality β€” often AI features β€” for early testing before it ships to everyone. Betas are enabled per organisation: request access and we’ll switch the feature on for your org. In return, we ask you to help us make it better.

What we expect from beta testers

  • Use it for real. Try the feature on actual projects and data, not just a quick look. That’s where we learn how it really behaves.
  • Report what breaks. Tell us about bugs, errors, or results that look wrong β€” the sooner the better.
  • Share feedback. Let us know what’s confusing, missing, or could work better. Beta feedback directly shapes what we ship.
  • Review AI output. Beta AI features can be wrong. Always check results before you rely on them β€” AI-generated values are labelled in the platform.
Betas are pre-release: behaviour can change, and features may occasionally break or be turned off while we iterate.

What you can expect from us

  • A direct line to the product team and quick responses to issues you raise.
  • Feedback that genuinely influences the roadmap β€” many shipped features started as beta feedback.
  • A heads-up when a beta graduates to general availability or changes meaningfully.
