# Account & access

  <Accordion title="Why can't I see my projects?">
    Real-Time LCA is multi-tenant — the same user can belong to several organisations, and projects only appear in the organisation that owns them. If a project is missing, you're probably signed in to the wrong organisation.

    Switch organisations from the Account menu under **Organizations**. See [Account → Organizations](/user-guide/account-and-user-settings#organizations).
